This 0-4-2ST locomotive was constructed by Leeds company Thomas Green & Son as their builder's number 219 of 1895.  It worked at Proserpine Mill where it was known as No.9 "Tilly".

This locomotive entered preservation in 1974 when it was privately purchased from Proserpine Mill, together with Proserpine Mill No. 8 (Perry 0-6-2T 8403.39.1 of 1939).  These two locomotives were in private preservation at Strathewen, Victoria, in 1975.  I understand that they have since been relocated to Romsey, Victoria.

Contributions of further information or photographs for this locomotive are welcome.
